RMNCAH and vaccine analyses

The RMNCAH app and the Vaxx app run the same Countdown methodology on different indicator groups: an RMNCAH analysis (RMNCAH app) covers reproductive, maternal, newborn, child and adolescent health; a vaccine analysis (Vaxx app) is narrowed to immunization. Most rules are the same for both. The table lists the ones that differ, as the apps apply them (cd2030.core), with the method section that explains each and the app guide page where it is done. Everything not listed — for example the outlier rule, the adjustment rules and the national rates (pregnancy loss, twins, stillbirths, neonatal and post-neonatal mortality) — is the same in both. The numbers themselves are in Defaults and thresholds.
